General Policies (Apply to all sales channels):

  • 30-day money back guarantee (mirror Amazon policy)
    • FREE RETURNS up to 30 days after purchase.
    • We pay for return shipping label OR offer a returnless replacement/refund
    • Replacement / alternative product is preferred to refunds.
  • 60-day quality guarantee warranty (will provide free replacement)
    • Covers defects or dissatisfaction up to 60 days after purchase.
    • Between 31-60 days, customers can return to us at their own expense for a refund, as an exception.
  • Do not have customers return their shoes if they cannot be resold as new or like-new. Replacements or returnless refunds are preferred to paying return shipping for something that cannot be re-sold.
    • Something is considered new or like-new if the shoes have never been worn or have only been worn to try them on, and still have the original packaging.
  • If the COGS for a particular shoe is >$12, returns are acceptable as long as the return shipping cost is still less than the COGS.
  • If the COGS for a particular shoe is <$12, offer returnless refunds or replacements instead of asking customers to return the shoes for an authorized return request.

Anytime a customer is reporting a product defect or damage, we must receive photo evidence before we can proceed with offering resolutions.
