Defective or damaged product return request

  • Contacts through Amazon:
    • Damaged / Defective item + Within 30-day warranty period: Customer can open a return request on Amazon for a refund or replacement
    • Damaged / Defective item + Outside 30-day warranty period: No option for a return. Explain Amazon policy.


    Contact us directly (Creating a ticket on the website, Email, or Phone call):
    • Damaged / Defective item + Within 30-day warranty period:
      • Offer returnless replacement first. If the customer doesn’t want a replacement, then offer a returnless refund.
    • Damaged / Defective item + Within 30 to 60-day period
      • Check the situation. If the customer is reasonable, we can offer a coupon for their next purchase or a free replacement.
    • Damaged / Defective item + more than 60 days
      • No return option

    General rule: Do not ask the customer to return the item if it is not resaleable.
