All orders from 10/1 - 12/31 every year are eligible for return on Amazon up until January 31st of the following year.
In their communications to customers, sellers cannot offer or direct them to any other platform, website, or store that is considered “outside” of Amazon.
- That includes shopify website, coupons, or even external customer service links.
