Buyers remorse return request (Within 30 day Warranty Period)

    • Customers can open a return request through Amazon.

    Contact us directly (Creating a ticket on the website, Email, or Phone call):
    • Item costs less than or equal to $12
      • Customers don’t need to return the item. Send a free replacement.
    • Item cost is more than $12
      • Ask customers to return the item. Once there is a movement on the return tracking number, then we can ship the replacement item.

    Note: Do not assist return requests from orders outside the 30-day warranty period if the reason is Buyer’s remorse.
